The Travel division of the EatOut Group, part of the Ibersol Group, has opened the first Café Pans establishment in the Malaga Airport.
This is the first opening as part of the contract awarded in July 2018 at this airport, under which the Group received two tenders from AENA to manage six points of sale through 2026.
The new establishment has a surface area of 214 m2 and can seat 87 patrons. It is located land-side in terminal 2 at the airport.
The Café Pans establishments are a new business concept launched by Pans & Company, and have been very well received by consumers of its Travel channel, where travellers will find the best selection of coffees, a wide assortment of fresh-baked goods and a selection of snacks.
With this addition, the Eat Out Group has a total of 16 Café Pans in its Travel channel in Spain located in the airports of Barcelona, Madrid, Menorca, Bilbao, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and now in Malaga, as well as in several high-speed rail stations.
Over the first quarter of 2019, the Eat Out Group will open the remaining restaurants planned for the Malaga airport, where it will manage important brands like Pans & Company, Café di Fiore, Dehesa Santamaría and EAT.
