Ibersol Group expands the London brand’s presence at Barcelona Airport with a new Pret A Manger located next to the Food Market in the boarding area of Terminal 2. IbersolTravel Spain, the route catering division of the Ibersol Group, has announced the opening of a new Pret A Manger establishment in Barcelona, located at Barcelona Josep Tarradellas Airport – El Prat.
Ibersol Group continues to expand the London brand’s presence at Barcelona Airport with the opening of its third Pret store in the Airside Area of Terminal 2. This new store joins the other two located in the Sky Center of Terminal 1 and in the Landside Arrivals Area of Terminal 2B, which opened in 2023.
The new Pret is a space of almost 200 m2 with capacity to accommodate more than 70 people, located next to the Food Market in the boarding area on Level P10, which fully reflects the image and philosophy of Pret. There, travelers can enjoy the brand’s best gastronomic offering, adapted to different tastes and consumer trends, and prepared daily in its own kitchens from carefully selected high-quality ingredients.
A complete offering that includes a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, fresh wraps and hot dishes, as well as a wide variety of drinks, from organic coffee, prepared by expert baristas, to organic teas, natural juices and soft drinks.
With this new opening, Grupo Ibersol continues to promote Pret A Manger’s expansion plan in the Iberian Peninsula, where it has reached 11 operating restaurants: 10 in Spain, at the Josep Tarradellas airports of Barcelona – El Prat (3), Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas (3), César Manrique-Lanzarote (1), Tenerife South-Reina Sofía (1), Alicante – Elche Miguel Hernández (1) and Málaga-Costa del Sol (1), and 1 in Portugal, at the Colombo Shopping Centre in Lisbon.
