Ibersol Travel Spain, the on-the-road catering division of the Ibersol Group, has announced the opening of a new Pret A Manger establishment in Spain, located at Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport.
With this opening, the Ibersol Group continues to strengthen the presence of the London-based brand in Alicante, with the opening of its second point of sale at this airport, in addition to the store located on Level 2 of the Departures Area, which has been operational since November 2023.
This time, the new Pret is located in the non-Schengen area, a strategic location with high international passenger traffic. It is a 56 m² kiosk, designed to provide a quick and comfortable experience, ideal for travelers looking to enjoy the best of Pret, with the quality and freshness that characterize the brand, while waiting for their flight.
From this new space, customers will have access to a varied and balanced menu, tailored to different tastes and consumption occasions, prepared daily in Pret A Manger’s kitchens using carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. This offering includes a wide selection of sandwiches, salads, fresh wraps, and hot dishes, as well as a full range of beverages, from organic coffee prepared by expert baristas to organic teas, natural juices, and soft drinks.
With this new opening, Grupo Ibersol continues to drive the expansion plan of Pret A Manger in the Iberian Peninsula, where the brand now has 12 operating restaurants: 11 in Spain, at the airports of Josep Tarradellas Barcelona – El Prat (3), Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas (3), César Manrique-Lanzarote (1), Tenerife South-Reina Sofía (1), Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández (2) and Málaga-Costa del Sol (1), and 1 in Portugal, in the Colombo Shopping Centre in Lisbon.
