Ibersol Travel España, en route catering division of the Ibersol Group, has announced the inauguration of a new Dehesa Santamaría at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
The company takes another step in its strategic expansion plan in the most important train stations and airports in Spain, with its sixth opening of the year in the Madrid airport, after the two Pret A Manger, two Café Pans and a Central Café that have opened their doors in recent months, and reach 18 openings in the travel channel in 2024.
On this occasion, Ibersol promotes its Dehesa Santamaría brand in one of the international reference airports such as Madrid. A brand conceived as a Spanish tavern of “Reinvented Tradition”, whose visual identity is inspired by the emblematic flamenco dress, so deeply rooted in the cultural heritage of our country.
And it does so with a new 442 m2 premises, located in the Air Zone of Terminal 3, which incorporates the brand’s new image. A new space with a more current design, adapted to new consumer trends, with which it reinforces its claim “Saber Ibérico”, uniting tradition and experience with the main factor of the Iberian product: its flavor.
There, travelers will be able to enjoy their complete menu adapted to all times of the day, based on Spanish-inspired Iberian products, including one of their most iconic services such as the cut to order of select sausages, as well as other trendy ingredients, such as brisket or pulled beef, as well as hamburgers, tapas, salads and desserts, while they wait for their flight to depart.
The Travel division of Grupo Ibersol manages a total of 73 restaurants in Spain in the country’s main airports, such as Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Alicante, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Tenerife, as well as at the Barcelona Sants, Girona and Lleida AVE stations, and at the La Roca Shopping Center in Barcelona.
