The Travel division of the EatOut Group, part of the Ibersol Group, has been awarded the tender organised by AENA to renew the food service offerings at the Alicante – Elche Airport. As a result, EatOut will manage two establishments at the airport of Alicante, located in the main Departures lounge: an EAT. restaurant and a Food Market.
This time, EatOut Travel will take to the Alicante airport the EAT. brand, one of the United Kingdom’s leading fast-food chains and a recognised, renowned brand internationally. Founded in London in 1996 by Niall and Faith MacArthur, its goal was clear: to offer fast food to go that is healthy, delicious and with excellent customer service.
The new establishment will boast a surface area of over 650 m2 and be able to accommodate over 300 passengers. Under the “The real food Company” motto, EAT. seeks to provide its customers with a healthy, fast, diverse, fresh experience that’s tailored to their needs and to every occasion.
EatOut already manages the successful EAT. restaurant at the Madrid Adolfo Suárez Barajas Airport. It will soon be opening two locations at the Barcelona Airport and another one at the Malaga Airport
It will also manage one Food Market at the Alicante Airport in a space spanning over 650 m2 with an appealing marketplace design that will feature an open kitchen and showcooking, with a full range of eating options, including Central Café, Wok Street, and Ribs. These are all renowned food service concepts that will provide a complete service at each counter.
Starting 24 March, when the contract begins, the Eat Out Group will start remodelling work on the two establishments, which are expected to be fully operational before this The contract will last eight years, through 2027.
