The company will remodel an additional 16 establishments at the Barcelona Airport in coming months, where it will manage brands like EAT., Go Natural, Pans&Company, Café Pans and Dehesa Santamaría, as well as a second O Mamma Mia restaurant, located in the Food Market in Terminal 2.
Ibersol Travel España, the travel restaurant division of the EatOut Group, has opened a new establishment in the Barcelona Airport. It’s an O Mamma Mia restaurant, a food service brand that is noted for offering the art of Italian cuisine with meals prepared daily using quality ingredients imported directly from Italy.
The restaurant is located in Terminal 1 at the airport, in the area known as El Mirador. It boasts a total surface area of 227 m2 between the restaurant and terrace, and is able to accommodate over 140 guests, who will be able to enjoy freshly-made sliced pizzas, fresh pasta cooked and seasoned with various sauces to the customer’s liking, or its full assortment of fresh salads made with typical Italian products like buffalo mozzarella.
The new O Mamma Mia is part of the 19 points of sale at the Barcelona Airport awarded by AENA to Ibersol Travel España this past March, which the company will operate for eight years, until 2026. The company is hard at work remodelling its establishments at this airport, a project that will be completed in several phases and that is expected to be finished in May 2019.
In coming months, Ibersol Travel España is planning to open the remaining establishments, including a second O Mamma Mia restaurant located at the Food Market in Terminal 2, as well as other establishments under brands such as Mediterranean Terrace, Go Natural, Pans&Company, Café Pans, Brewdog, Dehesa Santamaría, Mussol, EAT., TapaTapa, Central Café, Coffee Republic and Wok Street.
