RIBS is the essence of the spirit and flavour of America and with its opening in 1968 it was the first restaurant in Spain specialising in American cuisine. Its 32 restaurants throughout Spain offer an authentic American ambience, brought from antiques shops and market stalls of the United States.

It’s more than American food, it’s a charcoal grill that never goes out. It’s more than ribs, hamburgers and sauces, it’s a true American experience.

Its star product are ribs, a varied menu of starters such as salads, melted cheese tortillas, tacos, nachos and the finest range of 100% American hamburgers and desserts.
