Carlsberg is one of the largest beer companies in the world, considered the Danish beer par excellence. It has a presence in nearly 50 countries. The headquarters are in the town of Valby in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company is mainly related to brewing beer, it also owns other brands such as Tuborg and other local brands. The company was founded in 1847 by J. C. Jacobsen after the ownership of Carl Jacobsen.
